Arkansas Professional Stamp Tool

When Arkansas requires a seal
For land surveyors: "Each licensed professional surveyor shall: (1) Procure a personal seal, in form approved by the State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors; and (2) Affix his or her signature and the seal upon all maps, plats, surveys, or other documents before the delivery thereof to any client or before offering to file a record of any such map, plat, survey, or other document in the office of the recorder of deeds of any county or with any proper public authority."
Ark. Code Ann. § 17-48-105(a) (Seal and signature required), currently codified text as reprinted in the Board's 2026 Rules and Laws Handbook, Surveyor Law chapter (updated through the 2025 Regular Session-95th General Assembly). This is the surveyor-specific seal statute; the board's engineer-facing seal duty for firms is separately stated at Ark. Code Ann. § 17-30-303(a)(2), and the day-to-day placement/format rule for both professions is at 17 CAR § 285-602. — Arkansas State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors
