The board may issue a Professional Engineer or Professional Land Surveyor license by comity to an applicant who submits verification of licensure from any state, territory, or possession of the United States, or any foreign country, and meets the application requirements, including reference forms and verification of having passed the Fundamentals and Principles and Practice exams.
